Artwork shows RMT-90215-4 PC/PENN CENTRAL #4902 'American Railroads'. This GG-1 features a special 'one-of-a-kind' paint scheme actually applied to #4902 in 1968 to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the completion of America's First Trans-continental Railroad. A Penn Central GG-1, specially painted in American Railroads livery to match the Golden Spike Centennial Limited train. #4902 pulled the GSCL on May 19, 1969 from Baltimore to NYC. Later #4902 became Amtrak #905, then #4905 and finally scrapped in the late 1970's.
Production has begun and delivery is expected in Spring 2012.
