Each car is painted in authentic PENNSYLVANIA RR 'Federal Limited' colors of SILVER and TUSCAN with YELLOW/GOLD lettering and multi-color PRR Keystone. Both car sets replicate the actual PENNSYLVANIA RR passenger car paint scheme that operated on the 1938 'Federal Limited' streamlined passenger train. Each car continues the original K-line 'Federal Limited' set that was issued as a Limited Edition in 1996 but now features new roadnumber and authentic prototypical car names that will allow adding to or creating a new 'Liberty Limited' train. Delivery is expected in Spring 2012, however quantities will be limited. Cars are sold only as a SET. |
