CR/CONRAIL #18882 was originally a CNJ/JERSEY CENTRAL caboose #91545. Rebuilt in former the READING Car Shops at Reading, PA during a massive equipment rebuild program in 1976-1977, CR #18882 was retired during the early 1980's as CR was then removing cabooses from active freight service. CR #18882 was subsequently purchased by RMT's Walter M. Matuch in 1992 and has been authentically restoredas CNJ/JERSEY CENTRAL #91545 complete with red paint and the CNJ's distinctive 'Statue of Liberty' logo. IN STOCK...quantities are limited. |
