ERIE #C193 will be produced in the original red body /black roof paint scheme with white lettering/numbers and black/white logo. The ERIE rostered both wood construction and all-steel construction cupola cabooses. The steel cabooses were built at the Erie's Dunmore, PA shops and were used in mainline and branchline freight service throughout the ERIE Railroad. This cupola-style caboose was used by the ERIE, the merged ERIE-LACKAWANNA (1961) and later into the CONRAIL era (1976). IN STOCK...quantities are limited. |
