Like @Sean007 I've been a fan of RMT since before the Aristo-Craft days, Beeps and Buddies mostly, never pulled the trigger on any Bangs although I wish I had since they had pilots that the K-Line S2s did not. I bought quite a few sets of boppers before and during the Aristo-Craft era and now am enamored by the 36' reefers.

I am beginning the process creating a train that will honor my father. He worked for 35 years in a steel mill out side Pittsburgh. I think that your wonderful hoppers would be the perfect fit for my tribute train.

R.M. says... I just wanted to thank you for the exceptional and unexpected response to my request for service earlier this month. I had purchased two AEC ore cars and one of them had a truck that was missing a coupler pin. I requested a pin so I could make the repair; or, information as to what I could use as a replacement pin. You responded by sending to me a new set of freight trucks (992301). That level of customer service is extremely uncommon and reflects your commitment to providing a quality product; as well as exemplifying your commitment to your customers. It was greatly appreciated and, again, I thank you.

For the first time, I discovered Ready Made Trains (RMT) train cars yesterday and bought one at a LHS. I’m amazed at the quality for the price.

The only ones I have purchased so far are these 3 C&O boxcars. I was able to get all 3 of these for the price of one from another manufacturer who makes cars that looks just like these. RMT is a Great Addition to the model train market for those of us on a tight budget. I have no doubt that I will be purchasing more RMT cars in the future, it also makes one wonder why the others are charging so much for something not made in the U.S.A.?

Christmas must be coming soon. I just preordered a Christmas Candy tank car and a Christmas Cheer tank car.I can't wait to run them under my Christmas tree. Thank you for continuing to make the best O gauge trains in the industry.

Walter has really stepped up to the plate with his recent runs of scale freight cars. I was somewhat skeptical at first, but bought a couple of cars to test the water. I was impressed, to say the least! When the ore cars were offered I ordered two six-car sets from Pat's Trains. I instantly fell in love with these cars! I am contemplating ordering some more to make the train even longer. Now he is offering a three-bay hopper. I'm in line for a few EL cars and hoping that Penn Central is offered in the future (hint, hint ;))

Walter/RMT, the quality of your company’s train cars together with their very reasonable suggested retail prices makes them a great deal for the hobbyist.

I have a handful of their freight cars and really like them. The scale of them fit in better with what I already have, and you really can’t beat the price.

I have been a fan of RMT Trains since the days of BEEPs, BANGs and Buddy's (Rail Diesel Car). They run great and are solidly built. I have no complaints! They also have a great selection 36 ft Wood Side Beer Reefers.
